CSA Kiddush Sponsorship Form

Please enter your name and sponsorship information exactly as you would like it to appear on the website and in the Shul newsletter. Please be aware that our order form and choices are set up for ease of ordering, shopping and serving Kiddushim fifty two (52) weeks a year. A few notes to keep in mind:

  • All Kiddush orders (and changes) must be received by 5 PM the Sunday evening prior to your Kiddush date through the online Kiddush form.
  • All prices are based on an average of 75-80 people. We cannot fulfill substitution and requests for additional items. We recommend the "Catered" Kiddush if you are having a special event with additional guests.
  • If you are interested in sponsoring a Kiddush on a date that has already been reserved by another member, please contact the individual directly to ask if they are willing to share sponsorship and to address cost-sharing arrangements. Once finalized, notify the Kiddush committee at kiddush@shevetachim.com and treasurer at treasurer@shevetachim.com to confirm all food (if there are changes) and pricing/cost-sharing details.
  • Do not reserve a date in the calendar until you are certain of your sponsorship plans.
  • If you have a question or problem regarding the Kiddush please email kiddush@shevetachim.com.

Please enter your name and sponsorship information exactly as you would like it to appear on the website and in the Shul bi-monthly newsletter. Thank you for sponsoring!

There are three (3) Kiddush options:

Option 1 - Basic: Select the options from the form below for the Basic Kiddush fee of $236. Volunteers will pick up the purchased items. Volunteers and the Shul's paid contractor will set up and serve the Kiddush.

Option 2 - Basic Plus: Enhance the Basic Kiddush with a la Carte items for an additional fee, as noted next to the item on the form. Volunteers will pick up the purchased items. Volunteers and the Shul's paid contractor will set up and serve the Kiddush.

Option 3 - Catered: Coordinate directly with a Va'ad-approved caterer to plan all aspects of your Kiddush. Some items will be provided by the Shul if selected, as noted on the form. You are responsible for ensuring the food is delivered to the Shul. The Shul's paid contractor will assist your catering staff to set up and serve the Kiddush. The Shul fee is $135 with a paper goods and beverages option for $40.

Thanks to you and other dedicated sponsors, we are able to offer a sit-down Kiddush each Shabbos. We encourage everyone to attend and enjoy Rabbi Kornfeld's D'var Torah as well as the opportunity to connect with fellow congregants and visitors.
