Please check again closer to Shabbat.

Last Updated at Wednesday, October 8th 12:10 PM: Have a meaningful Yom Kippur and a relaxing Shabbos! The Eruv is up for both!

What is an Eruv?

An Eruv (עירוב) is a Hebrew word that means "mixture" and in our case refers to a boundary that surrounds our community and allow our observant Orthodox Jewish community to carry objects within it during Shabbat. You can read more about what an Eruv is here.

Our Eruv covers most of Mercer Island and is checked by members of Congregation Shevet Achim.
